Phivolcs: Bulusan Volcano alert level lowered from 1 to 0
MANILA, Philippines – State volcanologists have lowered Bulusan Volcano’s alert status from Level 1 (low-level unrest) to Level 0 (normal) after monitoring data showed a continued decline in activity.
